The Social Ones - now avaialble on demand and on Amazon Prime takes a lighthearted poke at social media obsessed influencers.

The Social Ones is a new mockumentary that explores the lives and anxieties of a group of social media influencers. Stephanie March ( Law and Order:SVU) stars as a Social Media therapist who is truly awful at her job! March also serves as Executive Producer on the film.

March had met The Social Ones’ writer/director Laura Kosann and her sister Danielle a few years prior and was approached by the two about getting involved with the project. Although she was nervous about giving constructive criticism to close friends, March says she was blown away by the first draft of the script.

I spoke with Stephanie via ZOOM from her home in Los Angeles about working on this film and her love hate relationship with social media.
