TALKING A BRAND NEW SEASON OF "LOVE IT OR LIST" WITH DAVID VISENTIN and PAGE TURNER

It’s back!!! A brand new Season of HGTV’s Love It or List It is here…and a new rivalry has begin!

HGTV will usher in a new era of real estate rivalry when Love It or List It returns for a long-awaited new season. The eight-episode season will follow the series’ longtime real estate agent, David Visentin, as he faces off against his new designer foe, Page Turner, to help fed up families with lackluster houses check off all the boxes on their dream home wish list.

In each hour-long episode, David will scour the market for the perfect property to tempt the homeowners to list their abode, while Page will design a full-scale renovation that will convince them to stay forever.

In the premiere episode, David and Page will meet a husband and wife who are at odds with the state of their current home. She is frustrated with the lack of storage and functional space for their growing family of four, while he thinks their sentimental starter home has the potential to be their forever home.

David will search through listings for a spacious home with ample storage and proximity to their beloved neighborhood. Page will plan to deliver an open kitchen, larger bedrooms and smart storage solutions.

The series’ dynamic real estate expert and Toronto native David Visentin has enjoyed a successful 30-year career running a family real estate business with his father and brother. When not filming, David continues to help clients with all their buying and selling needs. Whether on or off the show, David still enjoys the thrill of the hunt and helping his clients find their ultimate dream homes. In his personal time, David competes in triathlons and enjoys golfing, swimming and spending time with his wife and son.

Real estate and house-flipping expert Page Turner will usher in a new era of iconic series Love It or List It as the series’ new designer. Page made her HGTV debut in the 2018 series Flip or Flop Nashville, where she transformed Nashville's worst properties into stylish and functional family homes alongside her ex- turned-business partner DeRon Jenkins. Page recently channeled her expertise in two seasons of Rock the Block. HGTV’s hit competition series. Previously, in Fix My Flip, Page helped house flippers get back on track after getting in over their heads. In 2019, Page penned her first book, “The GO! Life – Seizing Your Greatest Opportunity Now!”. The book serves as a green light to push one to go after their greatest opportunities by tapping into and propelling the internal and external gifts and opportunities that life yields daily.
