Simon Helberg goes from Austronaut on The Big Bang Theory to FBI agent with the heart of gold on Poker Face!

Poker Face is a mystery-of-the-week series following Natasha Lyonne’s Charlie, who has an extraordinary ability to determine when someone is lying. She hits the road with her Plymouth Barracuda and with every stop encounters a new cast of characters and strange crimes she can’t help but solve.

Simon Helberg is currently reprising his recurring role as FBI Agent Luca Clark opposite Natasha Lyonne in Season 2 of Poker Face, Rian Johnson's critically acclaimed mystery-comedy series for Peacock. He starred opposite Adam Driver and Marion Cotillard in French auteur Leos Carax’s film, Annette, which opened the 2021 Cannes Film Festival and is currently streaming on Amazon. Simon was also nominated for a Golden Globe for his captivating performance opposite Meryl Streep and Hugh Grant in Stephen Frears’ feature film Florence Foster Jenkins for Paramount. Previously, he had a fantastic role in the Coen Brothers’ film A Serious Man opposite Amy Landecker & Michael Stuhlbarg.

Helberg also wrote, co-directed and starred opposite Melanie Lynskey, Alfred Molina and Zachary Quinto in the indie feature We’ll Never Have Paris, which premiered at the SXSW Film Festival, where it sold to MGM. Simon portrayed "Howard Wolowitz" in CBS’ award-winning smash hit The Big Bang Theory for which he was awarded a Critics Choice Television Award in the category of “Best Supporting Actor” in 2013. The series was the number one scripted show for six of its record-setting twelve season run. Simon is currently filming Jonathan Glatzer’s forthcoming series THE AUDACITY opposite Billy Magnussen and Sarah Goldberg for AMC
