M.I.A. - WE CATCH UP WITH SERIES STARS, CARY ELWES, SHANNON GISELA, BRITTANY ADEBUMOLA, & DYLAN JACKSON

The gritty new crime drama series M.I.A. will have you sitting at the end of your couch with anticipation!!

M.I.A. (2026) is a nine-episode crime thriller following Etta Tiger Jonze, a young woman in the Florida Keys who, after her drug-running family is violently killed, embarks on a dangerous journey to dominate Miami's criminal underworld.

(Shannon Gisela, Strip Law) dreams of a life in Miami's glittering, sub-tropical kingdom. However, when her family's drug-running business shatters in tragedy, Etta embarks on a dangerous journey through Miami's neon-lit underbelly that will define who she is and what she's ultimately capable of.

 The series also stars Cary Elwes as the hard boiled Private Investigator, Kinkaid (Saw), Danay Garcia (Fear the Walking Dead), Brittany Adebumola (The Other Black Girl), Dylan Jackson (Floating Carousel), Alberto Guerra (Griselda), Maurice Compte (Narcos), Gerardo Celasco (Swimming with Sharks), and Marta Milans (Shazam!).

 Bill Dubuque serves as creator, executive producer and writer (Episodes 101 and 108), Karen Campbell serves as showrunner, executive producer, and writer (Episode 102). Alethea Jones also executive produces and serves as director for Episodes 101 and 102. Directors also include Gwyneth Horder-Payton, Marizee Almas, Ben Semanoff and John Dahl. 

M.I.A. debuts Thursday, May 7 at 9 p.m. ET on Showcase and STACKTV
