Lisa Loeb talks NEW album and Animated Series: Give A Mouse A Cookie

Lisa Loeb is a force to reckoned with!! The Grammy nominated singer/songwriter is bringing irresistible new songs to Amazon’s animated children’s series, If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, and if that's not enough the Pop Artist Has a brand new album out, Lullaby Girl.

Lisa Loeb is a touring artist, author, entrepreneur and philanthropist who started her career with the platinum-selling #1 hit song "Stay (I Missed You)" from the film Reality Bites.
The mother of two is well known to parents and kids alike for her albums, her children’s books and even co-writing a children’s musical. Loeb provides voice talent for two Amazon Originals animated series: Creative Galaxy and If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, which features new original songs composed by Loeb.

If You Give a Mouse a Cookie premiered November 7th on Amazon Prime Video and is based on the beloved books by Laura Numeroff (Dennis the Menace). It follows the adventures of Mouse, Oliver, Moose, Pig, Cat, and Dog, as they discover that when you’ve got a curious Mouse for a friend one thing always leads to another, then another, and then another! The show was developed with a learning approach that revolves around a cause and effect narrative structure that sparks imagination and the creativity engendered by knowing that possibilities are endless.

Loeb continues to craft catchy songs and just released the new album Lullaby Girl, which offers fresh and dreamy arrangements of 13 classic songs from a variety of genres with a world-class quartet led by keyboardist Larry Goldings. Lisa’s original songs, “Close Your Eyes” and "Lullaby Girl," flow right in with the pristine arrangements of tunes like Brian Wilson’s, "In My Room" and Annie's, "Tomorrow.” Originally planned as a traditional lullaby record for children, Loeb and her collaborators found a uniquely different path during the recording process and realized this would be an album for kids and adults alike. The album Lullaby Girl is available for streaming exclusively on Amazon Music Unlimited and Prime Music, as well as for digital download or physical purchase through Amazon Music.
