BENJAMIN HOLLINGSWORTH AND KANDYSE McCLURE GIVE US THE SCOOP ON SEASON SEVEN OF THE HIT SERIES, VIRGIN RIVER

Virgin River is back for Season 7 and fans will be happy to know that Netflix’ longest running series has already been renewed for Season 8.

Season 7 of Virgin River picks up just hours after the Season 6 finale, shifting focus from Jack and Mel’s much anticipated wedding celebration to the complexities of married life, parenthood, and new town-wide threats.

Now married and living on the farm, the couple navigates their "honeymoon phase" while pursuing their dream of parenthood. They are actively exploring the potential adoption of a baby from Marley, a young pregnant woman introduced in Season 6.

O.G. Virgin River bad-boy Brady has turned over a new leaf and that’s just fine with series star, Benjamin Hollingsworth who has been playing him since the very first Season. Season 7 also focuses on Brady, played since day one by Vancouver based actor Benjamin Hollingsworth. Despite Mike's proposal, the romantic tension between Brie (Zibby Allen) and Brady remains a major factor. Meanwhile, Brady must deal with the fallout of being conned by Lark, who emptied his bank account before fleeing.

Brady has changed a lot since we first met him back in 2019 when the series first dropped on Netflix. Hollingsworth has enjoyed playing a character with such a dramatic arc who has faced many challenges but now is a fan favorite!

Kandyse McClure, who plays Kaia only joined the show a few Seasons ago but has made a huge impact on the series and the Virgin River community. Kaia Bryant is a tough, independent, and adrenaline-seeking firefighter who joined Virgin River in Season 5. As the fire chief, she also has become romantically involved with Preacher (Colin Lawrence), helping him embrace life again while navigating her own post-divorce self-discovery.

Other story lines explored in Season 7, Doc Mullins faces a major professional threat as his medical license is suspended pending an investigation by the state board. This investigation is spurred by Grace Valley Hospital, which seeks to take over the clinic and push Doc out.

Jack discovers Charmaine’s home ransacked and finds a shocking scene in the twins' nursery. While the showrunner confirms the twins are safe, Charmaine's own fate remains a central cliffhanger.

Fans of Virgin River will be thrilled to know that the hit series has been offiically renewed for an 8th Season. Season 7 is NOW streaming on Netflix and as always, there is plenty of drama to satisfy all!
